Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery time

We ship from overseas. Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks from the day your order ships. Duties are included in your order total, so there's no surprise customs bill on delivery. We'd rather tell you this upfront than bury it in fine print.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays

Occasionally customs or carrier delays push delivery past 3 weeks. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we'll look into it.
